Important

It is imperative that the guidelines put forth regarding a field trip be followed precisely including age requirements, postmark deadlines, and confirmation instructions, etc. The age requirement is set by the hosting party and is not left to the discretion of the field trip coordinator.

All registration forms and fees (if applicable) must be postmarked by deadline and mailed to the field trip registrar/contact in order to be officially registered. No registrations by phone. Please include an email address or a self-addressed stamped envelope for confirmations, reminders or additional field trip updates.
